The Beginnings of Cartridge World

1988 - Cartridge World was founded in Adelaide.

1992 - Cartridge World is taken into the Franchise Market.

1997 - The first Cartridge World franchise was sold. The second, third and fourth followed in rapid succession.

2001 - The first UK Cartridge World franchise is established in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

2003 The first US Cartridge World franchise is established in Orlando, Florida

2005 August, open the 1,000th store worldwide in Atlanta, Georgia

2007 Wolseley Private Equity purchase Cartridge World

2010 Cartridge World is operating over 1,700 stores in 53 countries

2011 Babson Capital Australia purchased Cartridge World
